Bipartisan Committee Vote to Subpoena Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi

This table shows a bipartisan vote by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to subpoena Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi over the administration’s refusal to obey the Epstein Files Transparency Act. At the time of the vote on March 4, 2026, the administration had released only half of the millions of documents, photos, emails, videos, travel logs and other evidence collected by federal and state investigators probing the Epstein crime ring over decades. The transparency law requires immediate full disclosure except for redactions to protect victims’ identities.

Bipartisan Committee Vote to Subpoena Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on March 4, 2026, voted to subpoena Atty. Gen Pam Bondi to explain under oath why the Department of Justice had failed to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a new law requiring it to immediately release The Epstein Files with redactions to protect victims’ identities.

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., who sponsored the motion, said in a social media post: “AG Bondi claims the DOJ has released all of the Epstein files. The record is clear. They have not….The Epstein case is one of the greatest cover-ups in American history.”

Four Republicans in addition to Mace joined Democrats in voting to subpoena Bondi. They were Reps. Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, Tim Burchett of Tennessee and Michael Cloud of Texas.

A yes vote was to subpoena Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi.
